I just wanted to quickly share with you two books that are now available! The first is Something Witchy This Way Comes by H.P. Mallory. H.P. is a fantastic writer of paranormal romance. Something Witchy This Way Comes is the fifth and final book in the Jolie Wilkins series. She also has a series featuring the ass kicking fairy Dulcie O'Neil. Both are amazing!!

The other book is How to Date a Demon by Rose Pressey. This is the thrid book in the Rylie Cruz seires.

"I enjoy writing quirky and fun novels with a paranormal twist. The paranormal has always captured my interest. The thought of finding answers to the unexplained fascinates me."

Me? A writer? Nah

Recently I have had more than one person suggest that I try to be a writer. And my first thought was Me? A Writer? I'm a reader, not a writer. But I think about it sometimes and wonder if I really could do it. I mean doesn't it sound like the perfect job for a stay at home mom? Write in the morning before the kids get up. And again at nap time and any spare minute I can find through out the day. It sounds perfect, but right now I don't have many spare moments. I mean you should see my kitchen floor. I can hardly find the time to sweep and mop. And forget about my kids letting me sit and pound out a few thousand words. Ha! Right now I am pushing my two year old off my lap so I can just finish this sentence.
I won't lie. I think I would like to write something, but can I? I guess I'll never know till I try.

The Fabulous Cl Parker!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this author!!  A friend of mine told me about this amazing author, CL Parker. I gobbled up her first book Supernova like a starving woman would devour a chocolate bar. Yes, it was that good! The characters are funny, sexy and real. The world she created in her books is one you can easily get lost in. She's a fantastic writer! I finished the first book and immediately bought the second book Cataclysm. And yes, it was just as fabulous as the first. I am now eagerly awaiting the third book in the saga Nexus. Sept 27th can't get here fast enough!!
Synopsis (as seen on Goodreads): As part of a chosen bloodline, Kerrigan Cruz has inherited a gift: supernatural powers which give her the ability to protect a person's free will from those who wish to alter destiny for their own design. After her grandmother's passing, Kerrigan meets Dominic Grayson, an alluring stranger with a secret of his own. Dominic has been cursed, touched by both darkness and light, and Kerrigan is the only one who can save him. In their world, only three things are certain: His curse. Her gift. Their destiny.

The Morganville Vampires

Welcome! I am going to start with the Morganville Vampire series because that's what I'm reading now.
Let me start by saying, I haven't read anything else by Rachel Caine, but I definitely will! I love the Morganville series!

Claire Danvers is young for a college freshman. She's 16 and she's just started college at TPU in Morganville, Texas. She's quickly learning that Morganville is not your average small sleepy town. She's making friends and a few enemies as she learns how to adjust to life in Morganville - the town run by vampires.

The series is one freaky adventure after another. I highly recommend this series. The books are:

Glass Houses
The Dead Girls' Dance
Midnight Alley
Feast of Fools
Lord of Misrule
Carpe Corpus
Fade Out
Kiss of Death
Ghost Town
Bite Club
Last Breath
Black Dawn
Bitter Blood (releases Nov. 6, 2012)
